I'm just wondering what would happen if one submit their application post-ita with one missing police certificate? Would CIC outright rejects the application or they will request the document later, similar to OINP Additional Documents Request?

There's been some cases of it being requested, but I think it's very likely it will be rejected as an incomplete application.

Damn... They should have ADRs like OINP to be fair... But oh well... I haven't submitted yet, was just curious.

Due to some difficulty in procuring my residence visa in Dubai immediately, I'm taking an alternate route to get Indian PCC from all territories I have spent time in last 10 years in India. Will PCC issued from individual district police stations be acceptable by CIC?

by the time you get PCC from all those different PS in india, your dubai residence visa will be ready

i would suggest you wait for your residence permit to be stamped on the PP first, then apply for PCC... (thats what i would do personally)

They will outright reject the application as incomplete, refund any fees you paid up front, and send you a letter stating you can create a new profile and re-enter the pool.

In other words, don't chance it.

Probably not. Approach the embassy if you're outside of India.
