Police clearance certificate Post ITA documentation

Hello, I have 1 question please.

I submitted my post ITA documentation (Indian Police certificate and UAE Police certificate) on 20/12/2019. But I went to India from 25/01/2020 to 25/02/2020 on annual vacation from UAE. So, do I need to submit Indian and UAE Police certificates again?

Please help me!
