I did the same thing what Honey is talking about and at the counter they asked me to keep two and give them just one as only one was needed. what jerks!!!!!

Lol that's true,,,, same with the photographs they say 4 in the checklist and just took 1 from me....

you can do either of them,,, prefer to submit in-person at BLS office if possible.
