Police clearance and educational documents

Hi,

I need some guidance from you guys, as I m preparing my documents.

Police clearance

1) I am out from Saudi from last 4 years do I have to submit police
clearance certificate from Saudi Arabia. I have worked around 3 years
in Saudi Arabia. I have read on CIC site

Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence?
Yes. However, certificates are available only to current legal residents.

what it means I don’t have to submit police clearance certificate from Saudi Arabia
as I m currently not livening there


Funds Requirement

2) we are three person I mean in my family me and wife and minor kid
who are applying for immigration. I want to prepare my fund documents
how I m preparing is it ok ?

1) I should have enough funds for two people or three people in my bank
minor child will count as 1 person.

2) What is the bank statement meaning just take a bank statement from
Internet and print Last three month transaction or when you are applying
Take letter from bank on his letter pad that, this is my final balance on so
And so date.

3) Can I show my credit card cash limit also my credit limit is
Around 3500 US Dollar that I can use this when I will in Canada.

4) I have personal apartment in my name so just showing all
the sale deed and notarized paper is enough or I have to make
Property evaluation report.

all the fund related things which I have mentioned I have to put all this
Information in charted accountant statement or I can put
Separately paper for each that this is the fund I have.

Educational Documents

1) Whatever educational documenst I have, I have to notarized these
documents from authorized notary public mentioning I m certifying
this true copy that’s it nothing else I have to do with documents right ?

Police certificate has to be obtained from every country where you have stayed for more than 6 months. SO you have to get PCC from Saudi
You have to check your visa office specific guide to find out more

How to obtain ? Some one else on ME forum can help

You can send it even after sending the full application, but you will have to mention that in your full application. Also attach a copy of the request that you send for PCC

Funds -
Child is counted

You need to show it as money in account, no property. CIC also says you should not borrow money (credit is borrowing, so i guess credit card wont count)

You can get a bank certificate plus a 3 months original bank statement, I dont think a chartered accountant need to validate anything.

Educational docs- You need to notarize, plus transcripts, refer to your visa office guide

Im also in the same situation trying to find how to get PCC from Saudi Arabia for non-resident. I useed to work in KSA as well and the Saudi Embassy-Islambad website does not have anything with regards to PCC.

Hopefully someone here have gone thru this process and can share their info. INSHALLAH.

they will not give you pcc and as far as i have read cic
website clearly say u dont need pcc from saudi arabia,
if you are not resident now.

so I will not apply for pcc for saudi and send pcc only for
other country then saudi, i think this is what we can do.
