Im also in the same situation trying to find how to get PCC from Saudi Arabia for non-resident. I useed to work in KSA as well and the Saudi Embassy-Islambad website does not have anything with regards to PCC. Hopefully someone here have gone thru this process and can share their info. INSHALLAH.

My understanding is that the study permit if for my child who is of school age, which makes the doc 1,4 &6 not applicable in this case. I have check the form again and we did specify that they are dependents of TFW. They apply for a TRV since they are from a no-visa exempt country.
