I've recently received Ontario Nomination and now I'm collecting documents which are required post ITA.

I've a question regarding PCC dates. Please guide me in this regard. I lived at the following places

1. Karachi, Pakistan (Since birth till September 2007)
2. Islamabad, Pakistan (From September 2003 to September 2007)

Now, the overlapping period is due to the fact that my home was still in Karachi, but I did my 4 years bachelors degree from Islamabad. I lived at student hostel in Islamabad for 4 years. So the first issue is:

Should I show the OVERLAPPING period on PCC from Karachi and Islamabad (As shown above) or should I do like this

Karachi PCC (From 18 years age TO September 2003)
Islamabad PCC (From September 2003 to September 2007)

Secondly I am living in Lahore Since September 2007, but during this period, I lived in China and Germany for 2 years, but again, my home in Pakistan was still in Lahore

So, should I show any discontinuities in Lahore PCC or should I just get the PCC for Lahore from September 2007 To Date?

Please advice.

You have to show overlappig of both dates of PCCs.

Get lahore PCC from 2007 till date.

In between, you also need germany and china PCC.

I am not sure what you should do exactly but i know one of my friend who was in similar sitution as you are.
He lived from birth till 18 in Abbotabad so he provided pcc from there. Then he moved to islamabd for 3 years, he provided pcc for that too although the temp and permanent adress on his NIC was from Abbotabad. Then he moved to lahore and lived for 1 year and he provided PCC from lahore. I think his dates where not overlapping. But i am sure it should not be a issue. After lahore he lived in Canada so he submitted PCC from ottawa as well, though it was not requured. And his case got approved for PR by CIC.
