Hello, if you apply under Canadian experience class, do we need our family member's police certificates along with main applicant's.

Yes, based on:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html
You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence.
Our online system will ask for a police certificate for:

  • you and your family members who are 18 years or older
  • and
  • every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row
You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.

I have a question for you, if you know the answer, are you including an RCMP one? Reason I'm asking is that I only uploaded a police certificate from my home country and I'm reading threads where people are uploading "RCMP".

no we are not required to include the RCMP one, you need to do the police certificate from country where have you lived after 18 years of age, as far as i am concerned RCMP notes requirement is for the ones who have some criminal credibility to prove....i guess.
