Hi, sorry to intrude. But can you reference why you need to submit your fingerprints to the RCMP? I went to submit my biometric on March 2 at Service Canada, but I also need to go to the RCMP?

    Police certificates

Yes, based on: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence. Our online system will ask for a police certificate...

CEC Applicants - Feb. 2020 *JOIN HERE*

I got AoR Feb 26, applied for bridging work permit march 2. It's already April and I have no heard anything on either application, is this normal? I might have missed the status updates but what are the chances of me passing the r10 completeness check and BOWP should be processing (not halted...

Eventually will they need to see the physical documents?

Hi, I submitted my application a month ago. From the website it says that they don't need any more documents for me. And there's no mention that that will change. I had my documents collected, verified (country's justice dept all the way to dept of foreign affairs) back home and I believe that...

Applying for BOWP - Not giving the option to apply for boWP before TRV

Thank you I chose Approve on Principle and that gave me access to OWP form. I just didn't know AoR == AiP ? In any case I tried all combinations, lowered my age, etc.. (just to test!), in the end the AiP is what fixed it. Thanks!

Applying for BOWP - Not giving the option to apply for boWP before TRV

Hi, I just submitted my PR application and got the AoR. Following the links and the questions to apply for a BOWP I'm now going straight to apply for a TRV. Q1. Is this right? I didn't even have the option to do the work permit first. Both my PGWP and TRV are expiring at the same time, and I...

    Same person afadavit

Can someone help me with this. I just found out that in my other thread of "Sibling affidavit" that an affidavit is useless for that purpose, is this useless too? I will also submit my birth cert and all the documents that I have my other names on. But I never went through any legal name...

    Sibling afadavit

My Mom's name is spelled differently on his birth certificate because back then in 1987 they don't really pay attention, lenny is spelled leni ...Dad's name is the same on both our birth certs. I thought the affidavit helps. And yes, I have all those, I'm living with my Brother right now...

    Sibling afadavit

Hi, I'm claiming the points for having a relative who is Canadian citizen. I already have the family card, birth certificates, etc.. translated (sworn with affidavit) but I'm not sure when I'll get the physical copies (to be legalized by local embassy) with some shipping problems back home...

    Same person afadavit

Hi, I used several names over the years, nothing extreme between them. Birth: Hari Mansur (I would say there's no last name here, that's why for my first passport my dad put his name as my last name, and it just continued like that for consistency). Passport (and EE profile): Hari Mansur...

    CEC proof of fund

CEC doesn't really need bank statements. Not sure why you submitted that. The question that triggered that document upload was "how much money are you bringing TO canada", the way I see it you're making money IN Canada if you're CEC. But I might be wrong and maybe saying you're actually saying...
