Police Certificates? [Pakistan]

Hello,
CIC UK has asked me to submit "Updated, original Pakistan Police Certificate"

Now my question is that,

Do I need to provide this "Police Certificate" from all the Police Stations where I have lived all my life?

or just my police station in the vicinity of my latest address?

Since alot of people here have made police certificates for their spouses etc, so I was hoping that you guys could help me out.

"Original police certificates or clearances from each country in which you and every one in your
family aged 18 years or over have resided six months or more since reaching 18 years of age in the
last 10 years. "

and how can we get certificate from that country where we are not living anymore? Like I have lived in UK for 4 years and I don't live there anymore So how can I get a clearance certificate?
