Yeah, I have the same question. I got my home country police certificate 2 years ago, then I moved to Canada, and never leave for more than 3 months, do I still need a new recent police certificate?

Hi,

Police Clearance Certificates should be issued no more than three months before you apply(after ITA).

Faizal3788... I guess you must have ECA under skilled trade unless you had cec met...
cic website states the following :
Education
There is no education requirement for the Federal Skilled Trades Program. But, if you want to earn points for your education under Express Entry, you either need:

a Canadian post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree
OR

an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report produced by an agency approved by CIC to show it is equal to Canadian education standards.
