Congrats! Glad everything went well :)

The Embassy 'received' my documents on Aug 22, but after a couple of emails I haven't received the AOR from them yet. I called FGR and they don't have them either. Should I simply wait? I was thinking about submitting an web form for an extension as well. It's just annoying not knowing :(

But then the Embassy doesn't provide you with a phone number for immigration cases like ours.

When was your ITA and when did you submit your application?

I feel that they process non-PNP applications faster or very old ITAs first, I don't know.

I have seen 2 cases where 2 guys with ITAs from January 2024 just got approved last week,
You got any news ? The empssy email me week ago they said the recived the
fingerprints results and they gonna review it

This is unbelievable, I've been following this tread and it's pretty sad to see how much time is taking to get the PCC from Mexico. I applied under the Atlantic Immigration Program (supposed to be one of the quickest ways to get the PR) and it's going to be almost a year since I applied, just because of the PCC, I know people from other countries who applied even after me and they have already got the PR.
Such a shame, anyways I share my timeline.

Application Submitted February 28th
AOR April 11th
BIL April 11th
Biometrics Updated April 18th
ADR Sept 23rd
Fingerprints and additional document request sent Sept 26th
Medical request Oct 11th
Medical Passed Oct 28th
There has been no update since then.

I have tried sending an email to the embassy in Mexico to get an AOR regarding the fingerprints with no luck, it's just frustrating.

Yes, I sent an email to the Canadian embassy on Feb 7, asking if they could provide an update regarding the PCC. They sent me an email on Feb 25, saying the following:

This is to acknowledge receipt of the Mexican Police Certificate results. These will be uploaded directly into your application.

For the moment, no further action is required on your part.

Our office will contact you should we require additional documents or information.

Thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Regards | Cordialement,
Immigration section | Section d'immigration
Embassy of Canada, Mexico | Ambassade du Canada, Mexico”

In total, it took around 70 business days, or just a little over 3 months, for the certificate to be uploaded.
Can you please provide me email address of Canada embassy in Mexico? I sent documents but not able to track if they received correct documents or not.

I'm also in the same process, I had sent first package in November but the Embassy rejected it saying photographs should be without facial hair.
I have resent the documents to the Embassy in Jan 1st week, they responded to my mail acknowledging the receipt of documents, now IRCC gave me new deadline to get the police certificate submitted - i.e before the end of this week.

Have sent multiple emails to the Embassy enquiring on status, but still waiting for them to respond.
Did you get update after that? I am stuck with Mexico PCC. Your information will be helpful for me.
