Hello,

I've been invited to apply and have submitted ALL the documents.
For the police certificate, I have submitted a letter explaining that in Israel, where I live, the police cannot give me the certificate, it sends it directly to the Canadian Embassy in Israel. I have spoken with the embassy and they confirmed it has arrived.

Now, I have received a message through the CIC site asking me to upload the police certificate.
I can't do this since I don't have the certificate! The embassy can only send it to the IRCC office that processes my application - but I don't know which office processes my application! It was never mentioned anywhere.

How can I find out???

Thanks

Raise a CSE and also email them stating that you need the address to pass to Israel. They made a mistake in my request letter for Singapore PCC. They send a updated one ( which had another error) some 7-8 working days after I raised a CSE and sent a email.

Are you supposed to collect the certificate from the Embassy, or will the Embassy add it to your IRCC file?

I am not allowed to collect the certificate from the Embassy. The embassy is supposed to send it directly to the IRCC office handling my case. The problem is I don't know which office is that.

Thanks! I sent them an inquiry through the IRCC Web Form.
How do I email them? Couldn't find an email address...

Since you live in Israel, it is most likely the Tel Aviv Visa Office:

Looks like you have to use the Case Specific Enquiry form to contact them:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

If that's the case, I think you should upload a letter of explanation in the upload slot, saying that your PCC is already at the Embassy, that you are not allowed to personally collect it and the Embassy will forward it to TAVO, and that you talked to them on so-and-so date. Include as many details about your phone call with them; great if you could mention the name of the officer you spoke with. If you have any proof that you applied for the PCC, you should include that again.
