police certificate from uae

i want to know that how i will get police certificate from uae?
i dont have any original request only they send me email for pcc?

Go to your city police department and apply there. If you are living in Sharjah then the Police station near Al zahra Hospital will issue it.

can anybody guide who received uae pcc from outside UAE got back the fingerprints card(which u sent) alongwith the PCC application
