I contacted canadian visa office at Ryad for a letter for police certificate
This is their reply

In order to assist you with your required Police Clearance Certificate, please send your Immigration file number (if applicable). Police Clearances only have one year validity.

If you are applying from London or Abu Dhabi no assistance will be provided and you will need to contact your Immigration Office.

My question is:
What is my immigration file number? Is it the same number of my EE profile?
Also how can I know my immigration office??

Firstly, you don't need to submit your PCC if you are on non-resident status in Saudi Arabia for the duration you've been there.
