Police Certificate from my country again?

Hi, I am residing in Canada for 3 years under work permit. Before leaving Iran, I got my Police Certificate. (3 years ago)

My question is : Do I need to get Police Certificate again from Iran, even though I never visited Iran during these 3 years?

Yes, the Police Certificate must be issued after the last time you visited each country you lived for 6 months or more during the last 10 years.

Actually I don't think you need a new one. If you haven't been there after the date PCC was issued, then it's valid.
