Police certificate from Japan

I just wanted to highlight the fact that IRCC is instructing us to do differently, and that is that way that matters!

You open sealed envelope to scan the Police certificate, right? Do they mention something like expiry date in the issued certificate in Japan? It’s been more than 2 years since I submitted that to IRCC so I am just curious if IRCC will ask for that again.

Update on my PCC from Japan: I applied at Consulate General of Japan in Denver on August 27th and received my certificate on October 9th. It was a bit fast for me. I guess it depends on the prefecture you lived in Japan. My last address in Japan was Yamagata, very rural and may be that's why I received it very fast.

Hi I know it’s long time thread, my I know how many months have you stayed in Japan? Coz me, I just stayed for almost 5 months and IRcC requested me a Japan certificate. Thank you! Hope you answer.
