Police certificate for My Hometown

I am currently applying for My Express entry. My hometown is Hyderabad Pakistan. I however for the past 4 years I have been living im dubai. My question is shall I include Birth to Date in my hyderabad Police certificate or Birth to my last exit date as shown on my passpior

I think both will work out just fine. Many applicants who are living abroad, get pcc from Pakistan with duration of birth to date. Wait for more experts to weigh in on this.
