Points not received after updated profile - Help?

My previous CRS was 378, but now I have a better IELTS score (CLB 9 and 10 only) and my CRS should be 441 according to all calculators I've tried. The problem is that I updated my profile yesterday and my score is still 378 (yes, I have transmitted the application)!

I was so happy to achieve this new score

What can I do?

Sorry I panicked. I did the update once again and now it worked just fine.

the same thing with me, My score was supposed to be 476 but its stuck at 444, I updated it last 10 hours back still the same.. I wonder what's happening? Should I make a new profile?

First, make sure you've updated the test report form number. Second, give it at least 24 hours. When I played around, my scores sometimes took 24 hours to reflect the changes. I hope this helps. Best wishes to you.

Try to update again. I did by the time I created this topic and a few minutes later the score had been updated!

It usually takes some time. Mine took 24 hrs.

When i created my EE profile, I had all kinds of problems and being a software engineer, can say that their database mgmt isnt that great. Whenever there is a major update, create a new profile, especially when it involves getting more points

can anyone help me with my question?

I made my EE profile last night, in the education section I added two rows.

1. Bachelors degree for with I have ECA.

2. One year diploma studies I did in canada.

In the CRS tool I got 128 points where as in the profile (MY CIC) it gave me 120 points.

and also, in the skill transferability- Education tab, I got only 26 points in MY CIC account, where as in CRS tool it gave me 50 points.

in all, my score was supposed to be 476 points but I only got 444.

Note that, my application status is pending additional criteria and not be activated, but I have been placed in the pool. Can anyone explain me why is this happening? Should I wait for 24 hours for the update to take place?

in CRS tool I selected highest level of education as --> two or more degrees, diplomas and certificates with one more than 3 years.. as I have one degree and diploma.
