Hi

According to my WES evaluation, I have a bachelors degree in Pharmacy equivalent to a bachelors in Canada.

However, I spoke to a lawyer and she said I will get extra points equivalent to a masters as the IRCC websites states the below:

So I wanted to confirm if she is correct?

Yes that’s correct as Pharmacy is a professional degree as per CIC. Here is the actual wording:
“Master's degree, OR professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession (For “professional degree,” the degree program must have been in: medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, optometry, law, chiropractic medicine, or pharmacy.)”
