Hello every one,
My story is very typical, i have no money to take help from immigration consultant. I approached friends but no information was shared. I did online surfing and came across this amazing forum for express entry. I was sitting at 461 points so desperately for past 3 months.

I just checked my CRS calculation and just realized that extra points will be awarded for 2 degrees or diploma, I graduated from Veterinary Science (5 year length)in India and had WES evaluation done, on other hand i did 2 year diploma in food science at centennial college in Canada. So when i choose two or more degree or diploma. and transmitted application in my express entry profile scores raised to 481 from 461. I am feeling relieved. At least i got a fair chance of getting iTA in coming weeks. Thank you forum. Thanks every one.

Congratulations on hitting 481, Rakesh!

Don't stop there, though - you should next look up Provincial Nomination Programs (PNP) and see if any of the provinces give special preference for your chosen field! If that is the case, your possibility for an expedited PR application process could be sped up even further with a provincial nomination.

Hopefully CRS will come down... and 481 will end up in ITA.
