Hi,
For proof of funds, I am submitting a one page letter from my bank with the required details. Instead of average balances, it mentions month end balances of all accounts over last 6 months. Will this be sufficient?

I am not attaching the account statements. Is it necessary to attach the same?

This would suffice. You have to explain any unreasonably large credit transactions, if they exist. Account statements aren't necessary.
