POE letter of introduction missing in CIC account

On the CIC website it says my application is approved and the VFS website says my passport has been mailed back to me but i have not received a POE on my CIC account or by email how long does this usually take?

a hard copy will be in the mail with your passport.

i got my passport back but no POE letter with it

Hello! I am in same problem as you were in. Did your receive it after sending them email??? Do we need to provide our details too ????

Mine got added within a day after the approval not sure why it was added late
