Hi, I need a help on my situation
Actually I got my sinp and applied my PR last year but I lost my job after it and my sinp job offer was cancelled by employer.
Now I got an email from cic to pay for RPRF and other things should I continue, or it will be misinterpretation if I did not tell them about lost of job offer. Or if they contact sinp.

What category did you apply SINP under as?

Pay it. After that , PR is guaranteed.
You had a job till pnp nomination was received. It finished his role successfully.

If he got SINP approval based job offer, then losing that job means making his SINP nomination invalid. If SINP finds out he lost his job, they may withdrawn his nomination hence cancelling his PR application.

What happened with your PR application? I am ii n the same situation. I got RPRF and I paid. I don't what to expect

While You do not need to contact IRCC, you need to inform the province that you lost job.

As a result, your nomination will likely be cancelled. And the province will inform IRCC.

You can pay the fee. But you also need to inform the province.

Ok but after paying what will happen?

IRCC will process your fee and continue processing your application until province informed IRCC you lost job. Then, IRCC will decide if you application will be cancelled or not.

Just like switching to another job or changing job title, losing a job should be reported to province, because it is a major change.

If your nomination has employer/job restriction, your application will likely be canceled. However, if you nomination does not have any employer/job restriction, losing a job will not have an impact.

Hi Random,

I have lost my job en the MP told me that the decision should be made probably in 3 weeks. Does that mean I have only 3 weeks to find a job? I have been looking everywhere without luck. I am just about to inform to IRCC. Do you know what may happen in this case?

Same situation - SINP, PGWP.
Regards
