PNP Suggestion

Hello members,

I jave a very strange situation

My sisters lives in canada in Ontario

I live in Kuwait.

I have made my express entry profile me and my wife did Ielts and we both secured 6.5 and 5.5 respectively

Now I am going for PNP

The PNP which I want to go for is Nova Scotia province

I am also claiming 5 points from my sister

So my total score is 68

Without my sisters 5 points my score becomes 63

Now the only thing which I want to ask If I apply to Nova scotia PNP

Could I face a refusal on a fact that my sister lives in Ontario but I am showing interest to settle in Nova Scotia?

I am going for Nova Scotia because at the moment only Nova scotia is accepting applications related to my NOC code which is 0213

Have anyone ever done this before by claiming relatives points and applying for PNP in a different province where the relatives do not live actually? Has there been any success cases ?

You can apply under Nova Scotia PNP.

Yes, I Know I can apply, but I am afraid I might face a refusal because the officer might think that after landing in Nova Scotia, I will move to Ontario close to my sister?
Would not that be a concern to the officer?
