PNP PROCESS TIME IN ABU DHABI OFFICE

What is the date? was this line before meds or after meds?

I am asking about this info, because its seems they changed the way they are processing the files, or possible Quebec files process is different

Its before Med and date is 19th Aug 2013

No they did not. Just before meds they asked for Police Cert and experience letters.
