Hello!

Can someone tell me, if a real estate property is really required or the liquid funds under the applicant's name would suffice?

I mean, I know that it would be to the applicant's advantage to show that he has real estate property, can I apply without it? Will I be approved?

I am inclined to believe that I can apply even without a real property as the liquid funds are the one that matters most. Am I correct?

Please advise... Thanks

Liquid funds under applicant's name would suffice. Real state property is alternate to that.

Hi Foures!

She's my wife's Aunt (younger sister of my mother-in-law) and if it is better to have a second sponsor, we will ask Auntie's hubby.

So the immigration inspector will be the one to classify whether our application will be for Family Stream or the General Stream? Is this correct?

Znarfier, they will not be considered as your family but if your wife becomes the Principle Applicant she will apply under family stream. For you it will be General Stream

Finally i got my PPR but beside that i have to provide KSA Police Clearence Certificates. My worry is that i have only 30 days to submit my passports and PC but getting PC will take more than 15 days plus 10 days of Holidays here in KSA during hajj will make it impossible to submit within time frame. :'(

Hi, how about if you are OFW like me here in Dubai together with my family, there is no PDOS here in the Philippine embassy. Do I need to go back again in Manila to attend PDOS?

Hi Kelotz, are you going home? if yes then it will be better to attend to avoid probs, but if you are going from DUBAI no need to do so...

Hi bcpnpnom ,

Hi i reconfirmed from few people from Manitoba forum that i knew that there will be no required seminars to attend departing UAE- Canada , sa pinas lang talaga required but im still looking for any voluntary seminars to brief me prior
to my arrival in Winnipeg here in Dubai but cant find any.
