Hi samina!

I think it is best to send them an inquiry after a month of sending them all the necessary requirements they asked you recently.
Don't forget that in making an inquiry, you must follow their format so they can reply to you quickly.
HTH! God Bless. Malapit na yan, let's keep on praying. :-)
Hello Samina,

Yes i think its time to send them inquiry and follow up your application.

best wishes

Hi bless2011,

Im on general stream. Regarding NBI clearance, effective July 2011, nbi clearances are already biometrics. The old clearances i had before was not possible to be renewed as they need the applicant to appear personally to have the fingerprints scanned in their new system. I had submitted my documents without my nbi to avoid missing the deadline and I am not yet due for vacation to process it. I am not sure if at the moment there is already a procedure in place for applicants abroad to apply or renew nbi clearance. I was able to get it during a short vacation last October. Just waiting for the embassy to advise me if still required. Only police clearance was submitted along with the other requirements.

Cheers,

thanks alexa 2011 for the information. same with me i have my nbi which was taken during my last vacation in september. i am just waiting for the embassy's advise when this will be required...my husband has no nbi clearance yet; would like to know if this can be done in UAE???..Godbless :)

Hi bless2011,

no idea if they have a procedure in place already with the embassy. I did try to get a form from embassy and went to uae police for the fingerprint, but to no avail. I was still advised to have it done in Manila. Try to open the nbi website to check for new updates. Goodluck to all of us!

thanks 501win congrats and goodluck :) ...how many months you waited for the MR after AOR??? just curious!

As for the medical exam...hmm
As you can see in my profile and my previous posts middle east DMP is quite faster in sending the result to the embassy.
You can also verify my statement with the timeline of "tessmanalo" on this forum.
For the dependents like me, it took almost 3wks before the DMP here in manila was able to send it to the CEM,to London, then to Abu Dhabi.

IMOO, once you received the medical request...everything will be a breeze :-)
I hope I have given hope and inspiration to my Abu Dhabi Team.. :-)

As a tip to you my friends, aside from prayers and trust to our God, if you feel like your application is taking longer time to process
your application, please do not hesitate to email the embassy PROVIDED that you follow their required format and ensure that your inquiry is done on a positive note. hope this helps! GOD BLESS! :D

Hi bless, please check my timeline on the side. Thanks! :)

hello bless2011,

Regarding NBI clearance, since I'm still here in Dubai, I did get a copy of the NBI form from Phil consulate, then did finger printing at the police station, after finger printing you will go back to the consulate and they will stamp/seal the form and then you can send it to the Philippines for renewal process, my brother submit my application to the NBI office on Nov 21 and it will be released on Nov 29...sad to say the process is too slow :( I decided to wait for my new NBI clearance before submitting my visa application to Abu Dhabi, hopefully I can complete all the requirements before end of Nov and submit it by first week of december.

Good luck, hope your MR will come out soon!
