Hi 501 win501win said:Hi Samina,
Have you followed the format they require (according to cic-abu dhabi ofc) regarding email inquiry?
Your situation seems a serious case, normally when sending inquiry to them there is an auto-reply.
Have you checked your spam mails?
Actually a regular inquiry will trigger an auto reply after a day or 2- this happened to us when we inquire about the wrong spelling of our name. But I remember a previous post (last year I forgot on what forum ), someone made a special inquiry and receive an auto reply after several weeks.samina12 said:Hi 501 win
I send them case specific inquiry then i didn't receive auto reply.
I think auto reply receives when we send normal inquiry.Am i correct?????

Thanks anyway.. I will check the bank if they've cleared my fees..501win said:Hi Markerick,
That's a tough question since you need to know your file application number which is stated in the AOR.
Based on a post i read recently, he did not receive his AOR yet he learned his file number thru the bank where he paid the fees.
I think once the bank draft has been cleared, your file number will serve as CIC's reference...
I hope you don't get confused on what I'm sayin....
