Hi Lemans,
My friend who is now in Winnipeg had the same case as yours. He said ADVO asked him to send them the “Advisory on Marriages” or certificate of singleness that can get from NSO and he sent their marriage certificate again. So my advice is you send them your marriage certificate once again. I also had the same case though it's not a marriage cert – they asked me to send my NBI clearance, wherein I sent it to them already together with my husband's --- So, I did send mine again and it works. After a few months they get back to us asking for our passports and ta-daaaa---got our visas after 10 working days!

I am already in Winnipeg december 19, 2013. I sumitted that CENOMAR with my visa application april 2012 so ADVO did not ask anymore from me. Just provide them what they are requesting because sometimes, it depends on the handling officer.

Still no request for ppt.

Last time they contact me aug 2013 for medical And additional documents.

As per CAIPS notes, they have received it and now I think they are doing security screening

strange its been 6 months what kind of screening they are doing :

Really frustration we don't know what nd when will next step be started, just pray to God almighty! Oh God almighty help us coz we are helpless .

I am quebec AOR 29 July 2013 , I did meds last week.

do you think they are doing security checks b4 meds? could be thats the reason your case late?

im from lebanon, but does it matter? but im in Dubai since 10 years.

usually they do security checks after medical too. U see ONE year and SEVEN months have been passed but no medical.

Did they ask any additional forms or information (after getting AOR from ADVO)?

As per my knowledge if application is completed (or eligibility meets) then they start Medical and security together.

yes there are only two lines in my ECAS
1. application received on June 2012
2. start process May 2013.

Yes status changed from application received to In Process in May 2013 and in June 2013 they asked for IMM form just updated and after that no update from them.

Then that's the reason like some cases I've seen, updates delay meds 5 months

our medical arrived in august 2013 which we submitted in september 2013.

when i see the site for status,it says 'medical recieved' and no date/month is mentioned.

is it always like this,tht they dont mention the month when they recieve medical or was it mention in any of yours status?

yes it is like this .....usually ppl know the date cz they chk dare status daily so they know when dare status changed to medical received
