AR: 29 -Aug-18
AOR: 10-Oct-19
MR: 9-May-19
MP:7-Jun-19
PAL:25-Jun-19
ADR:3-Sep-19
PPR:4-Nov-19
How do you think, Is it possible that IRCC work slow because now already ended all PNP immigration quotas dedicated 2019?
I am still waiting my securety, alredy got 3 PAL.
P.S I remember, that in September-October on this forum people get 3-5 PPR every day ..

That was when OINP was suspended temporarily. Visa officers had extra time to work with existing applications back then. OINP was reopened in September and most likely nominated applicants in the last few weeks. IRCC is probably busy with the new applications.
Do inland applicant really need to show proof of funds. Is cic really check how much money in your account

My status changed to DM in ECAS on 11th nov but still waiting for PPR.
