I hope they will soon starting Sept 2018. As I heard from some members, receiving PAL meant they need more time on your file. Wonder if that will be true

I'm not sure that would be true, but someone said not everyone receive PAL, the one who got the PAL will be a signal that they will need more time on their file.

I think Mostly pal is for outland candidates and for outland dependents.

I am inland with no dependents but I still received the PAL last Jul 5,2019. In my group with totally 4 people, other 3 received PPR without PAL.

I think it's just automatic process . I received PAL on 22 May but still waiting for PPR. I have two dependents
