PNC- OIPN Approved - 30/07/18 (3months after)
PNC PAPER BASED MAILED - 15/09/18
PNC PAPER BASED RECEIVED - 20/09/18
AOR - 08/11/18 (1 month and 18 days after)
No more updates since than.

I received my AOR on Saturday night around 8:30pm. I am surprised at they’re wroking so hard to issue AOR. My App received on 2018 Oct .23.
