Waiting for DM and PPR...

I was asked for additional documents on July 1 and I provided them on July 2. It has been over a month, but the status is still "The documents have been uploaded", not even under review yet...Could somebody tell me what is going on...how much longer should I wait for PPR?

Finally, I received PPR email this morning. Just want to add some ADR timeline for those of you have similar situation.
ADR Schedule A and RPRF: July 1
ADR submission: July 2
ADR status changed to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided." on Aug 19
PPR: Aug 20
