In terms of timing, we have noticed that April 2018 applicants have started receiving PpR last week, so you can calculate when they are close to your Application submission date.

For 2018 applicants they are processing very fast , once mr issued they will start bg at the same time, MR to PPR takes only 1 month for 2018 applicants
