You need to submit your passport, 2 passport size photos, Annex A (included in the email you received) and one pre- paid envelope

Do I have to tear the Annex A part or need to send whole copy of email with duly sign?

Just send whole copy of email but maybe put Annex A on top of your email

And i paid RPRF same day and uploaded recipt
My status showing “ the documents you provided have been uploaded” it didnot change to review since then
I am just worried
No update since then
What was your status saying when you paid your rprf fees
