I too had 6 lines and they reduced one line might be 2 weeks ago.
I'm October 2017 inland applicant with spouse.

Most people who’s application were received by cic in October and November 2017 have done medicals and waiting for ppr. Most got medicals passed in July and August 2018. Maybe cic have gotten the ppr quota for the year that’s why they have refused to issue ppr. They seem to be holding everyone with security check (a check that they can do within the shortest possible time if they are willing ).

I had mine recieved in December 2017 and passed medical in May 2018

Ur case is taking too long. Maybe u should fill a web form and ask them what’s delaying ur application.
