Just receive a ghost update, i am August 2017 MPNP inland applicant, does any one know what that means, and how much longer I have to wait for PPR?

I Am November 2017 inland applicant with family. My daughter passport got renewed and need to update the new passport to cic. already linked the paper application with online account. How i can update it to cic.could anyone help me thanks
