Can someone guide how much time it might take to get my PPR? Are they done with Documents scanning, Employment verification, Additional Documents scrutiny?

Application for BC PNP 14 JULY 2017
ITA 18 July 2017
BC nomination 21 SEP 2017
EE ITA 04 Oct 2017
AOR 01 Nov 2017
File rejected 29 Nov 2017 due to incomplete PCC.
I am on visitor visa which is already expired although I had applied for visa extension, but I am confused regarding my stay in Canada.
Should I continue staying here or leave to get PCC from India or should I wait here and get the PCC from BLS.
Please guide and suggest.

I have hired a consultant. So I am not sure about that. He sent me a screenshot of my application last week. Background check was not applicable at that time.

Hello Palashpal,
Nomination is for application for PR. It has nothing to do with work permit.
Yes, after nomination you can add your spouse and kids in your PR application and they also get PR along with you.

Are you a paper based applicant? I don't think it would take more than 6 months.
