RCMP told me we Mailed you fingerprints on 19 November. Any idea when I should be getting it.. like in how many businesses days? I am from Edmonton

Something interesting I have never noticed:

Provincial Nominee Program (Paper Applications)

• Our service standard: process all paper applications within 11 months (doesn’t include the time it takes the province or territory to process)
• Our target: meet the standard for at least 80% of submitted applications (within the approved annual immigration levels plan)
• Our performance in 2018-2019: processed 5% of applications within the standard

The standard was set in 2011, and immigration numbers have skyrocketed.

But other stream processing times still be OK. Only PNP paper processing time is very low compared to its standard.

I ve never called IRCC before is it really worth it ?? or are they just going to tell me what s already on my GC key account. Like I would feel bad to wait hours and they tell me it s in process we will contact you if anything changes

My guess is they moved more PNP staff over to deal with EE programs, and newer staff-members trained with PNP files + more applications = slower processing time.
