yea i was told same by phone agent it may take 3-4 weeks for me she said

When we submit the passports to Ottawa for PR Visa and the COPR, in the pre-paid Canada post envelope should we write our address or IRCC address? Or just keep it blank the return prepaid envelope?

That's the thing nothing got passed yet exept medical exam. Everything else is under review since like november 2018 lol
