I passed the medical on june 8, eligibility should be ok since they sent me the pre-arrival services invitation. For criminality the cic website does not show if i passed or not. They only say background check is in progress.

Call cic they will let you know.i called them last two weeks and my all things are passed ,only left with security.i don't know how long cic will took for it.

i called it but still same thing , nothing changed . They are so slow.

According to IRCC:

Provincial Nominee Program (Paper Applications)

• Our service standard: process all paper applications within 11 months (doesn’t include the time it takes the province or territory to process)
• Our target: meet the standard for at least 80% of submitted applications (within the approved annual immigration levels plan)
• Our performance in 2017-2018:
  • processed 17% of applications within the 11 months standard
  • processed 80% of applications in 18 months or less
• We introduced this service standard in September 2011 and revised it in March 2015

So, about 63% of us should wait until 18 months.

Based on my observation, it seems it takes around a month to get PPR since pre-arrival letter for inland applicants. For outland applicants, it looks one month + 10 days from pre arrival letter
