Now still waiting, background check is in process.

I passed the medical on june 8, eligibility should be ok since they sent me the pre-arrival services invitation. For criminality the cic website does not show if i passed or not. They only say background check is in progress.
Call cic they will let you know.i called them last two weeks and my all things are passed ,only left with security.i don't know how long cic will took for it.
Give them a call this week nav, and let us know if your security is done.
Next week someone else can call haha, we cycle through

So, about 63% of us should wait until 18 months.
Based on my observation, it seems it takes around a month to get PPR since pre-arrival letter for inland applicants. For outland applicants, it looks one month + 10 days from pre arrival letter
