I am pretty sure they will ask you for new one , because I sent them my critical records on Sep 2020 but they asked for them again on May 2021

Ideally they should not as for the new one because u have submitted updated one. But you have to arrange if they ask for it.

Yes photo still in review, I texted through web form and asked them if they already mailed me my card, I got response in 4 or 5 days
