I can't understand why its not working in my file is that anything wrong with file?

There are two things to consider.
a) The length of open work permit. Some PNP nominees have only 1 yr on their wp. After 1 year, there's no time for PNP or EE(AOR) in order to extend their close/open work permits.
b) EE is very competitive. It's suitable for ppl with many yrs of work experience or having a master/doctor degree.
CLB 7 of the English level might not cut it. Some ppl scored 8 or 9 and they even completed a French language test. So they could have more than 20 points than ppl scored CLB7. 20 pts of CRS could make a difference when other factors contribute similar amounts points.
bouns) The opportunity cost of time. Many PR applicants need the help of PNPs which are usually easier to accomplish than the EE.
Let's say you have a 3 yr open WP. You might want to be 'in the game' early, rather than wait a year to start, although the finish time is similar. (Perhaps going through EE is a few months faster than paper-based PR applicants)
This is because
a) The provincial govs make changes to PNP streams every 1 or 2 yrs. You might not want to miss out when you can if the current policy is in your favour. If it's changed after 1 yr and you no longer meet the requirements. Then Game Over.
b) How are you not eager/anxious to start the PR processes? Why don't you get your photo taken or complete your medical exam? Unless you are fine with waiting another year to start. Things/Life can be different/ changed in a year.

Another thing.
I have a friend who did this. In his case the whole process took something like 14 months, and he lost time because he had to send again a couple of documents. Without that probably he would do it in 12 months.

I am looking at different topics here in this forum and I can't find anyone under 2 years or even close to this number of interactions with them.
I have a friend who did this. In his case the whole process took something like 14 months, and he lost time because he had to send again a couple of documents. Without that probably he would do it in 12 months.

my wife got pnp nomination but she is not eligible for EE. I understand she need to submit paper based application but how will she receive the aor or file number ? Do they send by email or post ?
secondly as she is not eligible for ee, if she creates GC account, can she link this paper based application once aor received? So we can receive updates in gc account?

She will get through email if you provide one in the forms . When you get application number, you can create GC key new one or if you have one use that to link your application online.
