CIC requested all the docs to be scanned and uploaded again on Oct 2020 and deposit RRPF as well.

I think you might get your approved soon, there is someone who received all requested application again last year and after submiting, he got pr after few days!

Inland. I had PGWP and then applied for AINP. Now waiting for my Federal approval!

I called IRCC and he said doing upfront medical might speed up the process.

Thanks for sharing cafpr, yea I'm debating what to do as well and if I should go do upfront; I feel like I'm seeing more people doing upfront recently. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

I think Actually the fact is that when u get upfront medical, ur medical report is sent to ircc but medical file number is not generated. UMI number mentioned on ur medical receipt denotes upfront medical . And when MR issued by ircc then file number is generated and they look for ur medical report by file number.(IME number shown on ur medical receipt). So it is suggested that when u go for upfront medical, plz inform ircc Ur UMI NUMBER through web form by uploading copy of medical receipt .
