I just called cic today . I created a call back ,They called me after 20 minutes ,It was pretty quick . Officer told me , there’s no need for a medical again . My security and background check is done . But the file is still in progress . Officer didn’t gave me any other info about my file . He basically said “ it’s in progress” .

I called cic three times. The first time was the end of April,2019, they told me security not started. The second time I called them on 2019/05/10 , they told me that my security passed. The third time is on 2019/05/21 , they told me that they were reviewing my eligibility for medical extension. Today , I got DM shown on my Ecase, but nothing was changed in mycic account. My agent received email and forwarded it to me. Hopefully, this information is helpful to you and good luck to everyone.
