You will be surprised, they have completely skipped Dec 2017 applications also. Maybe 1 or 2 have received pr but rest are still waiting including myself Dec 15 2017 applicant. This wait is frustrating!!!!

December 15 2017 applicant still waiting for pr. It is heart breaking to see that so many December applications are stuck where as many Feb/march 2018 applications are getting pr. That being said I am happy for them but it is so frustrating to see how cic works :(:(:mad:

It will prolly stay like that till the end as long as they do not request another document. Seen many people on this forum saying this.
