Hello guys, I want to do upfront medical after it what next? Am I going to upload it on my gckey account myself or the doctor will do that. What are the things I need to do myself after the medical. Anyone with useful information I will appreciate
Don’t do it will cause unnecessary delay

upfront medical wont cause any delay at all...lot of upfront medical applicants received ppr way earlier then the one who got MR from cic..even some jan applicants got theirs too...However it depends when u do it as its valid for only 12 months..Thanks

Hi, doctor will send their report directly but you have to send your copy to cic using case specific enquiry. And it will be updated in your account with in 10 days . This is what I did and was successful.

Hi,
Application rec- Oct 17,2016
Ainp paper based applicant
MR request - 19 dec 2017 cleared 4th Jan 2018
Decision Made (DM) on ECAS !!
God is great ! Hope everyone waiting will get the results soon j
R u inland ? When you got DM?

I think BGIP on Feb 27 might be a glitch except for those who got 'updated' instead of 'submitted' on the status section on the first page because those who got the updated message received ppr last week. However, we will see whether it was glitch or not in the following week since they are going to have another system maintenance on Tuesday. Hopefully it was real BGIP though! have a great weekend folks!

When you login mycic, there is a summery status box on the first page under "View my submitted applications or profiles". And right beside of blue check status and message box there is a section for details and as I have observed for those who got updated message on the details box have received ppr. When I checked on Feb. 27, it was still 'submitted' but BG was changed from NA to 'in process'. This is my assumption and hopefully I am wrong.

thanks for explaining; I cant login on mycic as my application is handled by representative; but will ask on Monday what it shows. Thanks again

Principal applicant received our PPR yesterday evening.

App received - 20 Oct 2016 AINP inland applicant
PPR Email - 02 March 2018

Fyi, only BGIP on MyCIC and no update or PPR message on it.

Before my spouse and I send anything, can someone tell us if we should be waiting for more than one PPR emails, or does only the principal applicant receive one?

Also, since my spouse is from a visa-required country and I am from a visa-exempt, is it true we do not simply mail both our original passports but my spouse’s original and a photocopy of my own? Does it hurt to just throw my original in there as well to cover all bases?

Thanks in advance.

And thanks for all on this thread who have shared in our journey from the beginning. These places are great to get answers from others in similar paths and to help alleviate the stress this all takes from beginning to end.
