Well thats good then ...did u receive your MR or PPR .....And when didnyou apply for PR
received medical request in December 2017, applied PR in oct 2016

I am BC- PNP applicant applied in oct 2016 under international graduate category which requires a job offer to qualify for PNP.
I got laid off recently. what happens to my PR and PNP. I want to apply bridging work permit now. does it effect?

I had similar issue, and I asked the bc pnp staff, they said you have to find job and update them with the new employer info, you have to provide the same documents you already sent the first time, and they will provide a new nomination letter with the new employer,. Note that the processing time for updating the employer is 3 months, base on your time I think you will have already got PR by then, so I suggest try finding new job first of all, and if you got pr decision, you don't have to update anything from pnp side.
but again, PNP precisely mentioned you have to update them immediately if any change on your employment. I updated them after a month, and it was fine.
