I sent my papers to Sydney on the 24th of Nov. Received my AOR on Feb 6th.

Just yesterday I received a reminder email from Centralized Intake Office regarding the Passport, Schedule A and RPRF.

Here is my question,

I moved from Dubai 3 years ago as a student and lived almost two years in Ontario then moved to BC last may. So when I applied for the PR, I only sent the Police Clearance letter from BC.

Should I get a police clearance from Dubai and Ontario ?

I just found out that I can apply under EE without my nomination (CRS point 465), can I still do that even though I have a paper application in progress at CIC?

Time to receive MR is 6 months estimate. MR is like the half way point for PR processing and after MR is the background check which will take maybe 3 to 6 months to finish and finally issue PPR.

My sister got her PR within a year and she was inland PNP paper based.

Based on all recent applications of my 10 friends they received MR 9 months after they received the AOR. Once medicals received it will take three more months to receive the passport request and all of them are inland applicants from Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nova scotia.

Please, suggest what I have to do or I have to still wait few days to link.

Yes you can do that and you dont need to withdraw your file from provincial one if you dont want to. As soon as you get your things processed in EE, then you can drop an email and asked them to return the money and paper as you already got into the system through other program.

You may only withdraw your application before the Visa has been issued. There are no refunds after processing has started.

GC key Login - link an existing application to this account - link application to this account - what program did you apply for? - Applicant's personal information - other application information - search for my application.
I followed these steps but where is the option for Go to main account page "link my application"
I can't able to understand the options,If you please explain in detail,it will be useful for me to link my application.
